Price Match Policy
If you find a part on our catalog at a lower price will match that price. To qualify for price matching the part must be new, from the same manufacturer and have the same part number. Provide us with a URL or advertisement and we will match that price.

Our Return Policy
All eligible merchandise must receive a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of date on invoice. (Call or Email for RA Number)

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly replace any defective item and refund most non-defective items.    However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of  20 % on all returned items.   With a return authorization number, you may return products that:

  • Are in their original packaging good condition
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not used, installed, or disassembled
  • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions

The following orders are not returnable:

  • Custom or special orders
  • Automotive repair manuals
  • Installed Parts
  • Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, etc)
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a  refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

Items incorrectly shipped to will not be returned. Items not purchased from will not be accepted.

Returned items without Return Authorization Number will NOT be accepted.

DO NOT put packing tape or shipping labels directly on original merchandise packaging.

Original packaging damaged by packing tape, water, oil, etc? will NOT be accepted.

Wrong Parts replaced with the correct parts within 30 days will not be subject to a restocking fee or additional shipping, excluding premium-shipping methods (ex. Next Day Air, Express Mail?).

Special order parts have there own return policy. Check with our sales department.
Core Returns
Please place provided core return label to the outside of package. If you lost or did not receive label please call or email for instructions.  Please note:
  • All fluids must be drained from the core
  • DO NOT cover parts number label on box with tape, labels, etc. 
  • If core contained fluid core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
  • Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
  • Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able
  • Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable.

Damaged Products
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please call or email us within 24 hours of receipt of your product to begin the returns process. We'll then contact you via email or phone with further instructions on filing your claim.

We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website.
